Transformation Rules

This set of rules groups all the data generation rules that produce values by transforming  the value of one or more other source generation rules.

An example of transformation rule is the columns extraction rule that interprets a source value as a CSV record and build another record by extracting all or a subset of the fields of the source in any order. In that case, a source value like "A:B:C:D" can become "D;E"

Transformation rules, as well as Control Rules, are at the core of the composition mechanism that makes the power of GEDIS Studio as an inovative test data generator.
